I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The negative aspects, like the old and worn facilities in need of significant updates and the lack of cleanliness in certain areas, really brought down my stay. On the brighter side, I did find the staff to be attentive and helpful during my visit, which added some value to my experience.

I ended up at M & Spa after a car mishap, and thankfully, they had a room available that fit my budget. The staff were genuinely helpful, especially the concierge who managed to get me a refund from my previous hotel. However, other guests have had unpleasant experiences here, citing cleanliness issues in the rooms and poor overall maintenance. The pricing was decent, but it might not be worth it given the complaints about the hotel's condition.
